Current Student Information

Parents / Guardians are responsible for providing emergency contact information and any medical/allergy conditions as well as behavioral and/developmental conditions on the Online Registration form. All information must be submitted prior to attending a class or event at the studio.

We require all children who are prescribed an Epi-pen, inhaler, or diabetic monitor carry it with them at all times while at the studio.

Registering for a Class

Enrollment can be completed online via our registration system or by calling the studio. For late enrollment during a session already in progress, the cost of the remaining classes is pro-rated.

The cost of materials and supplies is included in the tuition fee.

Health & Wellness Policy

We’re here to share creativity, not germs. To ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all, we kindly ask that students stay home if they’re feeling under the weather. If your child is too sick to attend school, they should also stay home from art class that day.

We reserve the right to restrict admission or send a child home when in our opinion that child is ill or risks the health or well-being of other children.

If your child misses class due to illness, please contact the studio to arrange a make-up session.

Missed Classes & Cancellations

If your child needs to miss a class, please notify the studio before the scheduled start time. We’re happy to arrange a make-up class, ideally within the same week. Please note: Classes missed without prior notice are considered a “no show” and cannot be made up, credited, or refunded. If you choose to withdraw after the first class, we will issue a prorated studio credit that can be used within 12 months.

In the rare case a class is canceled due to low enrollment, you may choose to receive a full refund or apply the class fee toward another class.

Payment Policy

Payment is required at the time of enrollment for all classes and workshops.

For Summer Camps, all balances must be paid in full by the first day of camp. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit and debit cards.

For Parties & Events, a $100 deposit fee is required to reserve your date, and the remaining balance is due at the conclusion of your event.

Food Allergy Policy

Wayfinder Art Studio is a nut-free environment. Food and snacks are only permitted during designated summer camp snack times and at parties or events. We enforce a strict no-nut policy and take reasonable precautions to reduce the risk of allergic reactions. However, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment and do not assume liability for any food-related incidents.

Children who require an EpiPen, inhaler, or diabetic monitor must have it with them at all times, no exceptions. Parents and guardians are responsible for managing their child’s medical needs and allergies while at the studio.

Inclement Weather

If the studio is closed due to weather, we will notify you of a new date and time for a make-up class. Please check our website and socials for announcements.

Full Classes

If a class is full when we receive your registration, we will notify you by phone or email and place your child on a waitlist. Should a spot open before the first class, we will offer it in the order registrations were received. If no openings become available, you may choose to register for another class or receive a full tuition refund.
