At Wayfinder, every celebration becomes a masterpiece. Whether it’s a birthday, team event, or special occasion, we provide the vibrant studio space, all the art supplies, and a custom art project, and you supply the guests (and maybe some cake too!)

Available Dates & Times
Summer Schedule (July–August):

School Year Schedule (September–June):
- Thursday: 6:00-8:30 PM

Parties are 90 minutes long. 1–hour of guided art fun, followed by 30 minutes for snacks and celebration.
Need more time? Add an extra 30 minutes for $100.
Guest List Guidelines
Our studio can host up to 32 artists.
To keep the creative vibes flowing (and the paint splatter to a minimum), we suggest parties be drop-off only.
*If a child needs a parent to stay, just let us know in advance, We’re happy to accommodate when needed!
Party Pricing
Kids Party Pricing: Our 90-minute parties are $450 for up to 12 guests. Additional guests: $35 each
Adults Party Pricing: Our 2-hour parties are $450 for up to 10 guests. Additional guests: $45 each
Your Creative Art Project
Do you have a theme or special idea in mind? We’re all about making it personal!
We’ll work with you to design a custom art project for your celebration or choose from our tried and true favorites like:
- Painting on canvas
- Collage
- Fashion Illustration
- Watercolor
- Clay
- Printmaking
- and more!
Every guest will leave with their very own one-of-a-kind creation, art made with heart!

Our studio has a fridge and freezer ready to keep your treats fresh and chilled.
Please note: We are a strictly nut-free studio to keep everyone safe.
For Adult BYOB Events:
Bring your favorite apps and drinks to make the night even more special.

To reserve your date, a $50 deposit is required. The remaining balance is due after the party, based on the final guest count.
