At Wayfinder, every celebration becomes a masterpiece. Whether it’s a birthday, team event, or special occasion, we provide the vibrant studio space, all the art supplies, and a custom art project, and you supply the guests (and maybe some cake too!)

Available Dates & Times:
Summer Schedule (July–August):

Parties are 90 minutes long — 1 hour of guided art fun, followed by 30 minutes for snacks and celebration. Need more time? Add an extra 30 minutes for $100.
Guest List Guidelines:
Our studio can host up to 24 young artists. To keep the creative vibes flowing (and the paint splatter to a minimum), we suggest parties be drop-off only.
If a child needs a parent to stay, just let us know in advance, We’re happy to accommodate when needed!
For teen or adult events, we can host up to 16 artists. You’re welcome to bring your crew— just give us a headcount ahead of time so we can make sure there’s room for everyone to create comfortably.
Your Creative Art Project:
Do you have a theme or special idea in mind? We’re all about making it personal!
We’ll work with you to design a custom art project for your celebration or choose from favorites like:
- Painting on canvas
- Collage or Printmaking
- Fashion Illustration
- Watercolor
- Sculpture or Clay (clay projects include a $75 materials fee).
Every guest will leave with their very own one-of-a-kind creation, art made with heart!

Party Pricing:
Our 90-minute parties are $475 for up to 12 guests. Additional guests are $35 per guest.

Upgrades & Add-Ons:

Add an extra 30 minutes of party time for $100

Choose a clay project for an additional $75 (covers extra materials + prep)
To reserve your date, a $100 deposit is required. The remaining balance is due after the party, based on the final guest count.
What to Bring:
Feel free to bring any snacks, drinks, paper goods, and decorations to add your own personal touch and make the party truly yours!

Our studio has a fridge and freezer ready to keep your treats fresh and chilled.
Please note: We are a strictly nut-free studio to keep everyone safe.
Adult Events: BYOB
Wayfinder is for everyone! Bring your friends and family for a fun, creative night out at the studio. We’ll collaborate with you to craft a personalized art project that’s perfect for your group.
Adult celebrations take place on Friday or Saturday evenings. Bring your favorite apps and BYOB to make the night even more special.
