Kids Creative Flow is a mindful Saturday morning art class designed to help young artists slow down, quiet the noise, and become fully immersed in the creative process.
Inspired by the concept of a flow state: that feeling of being completely absorbed in what you’re doing—we begin each class with gentle breathwork and a few simple mantras to help students arrive, find their center and prepare to create.
From there, we let the art take over.
A Different Kind of Art Class
Kids Creative Flow isn’t about creating a perfectly finished product. It’s about the experience of making.
Breathe.
We begin with a few gentle breaths and simple grounding practices to help students transition into the creative space.
Create.
Each class introduces a project with a new medium and technique, giving students the opportunity to experiment and explore.
Flow.
Once we begin creating, students are encouraged to slow down, focus on their work, and become immersed in the process.

Tuition
Our 2-hour class is $55
Tuition includes guided instruction from experienced art educators, premium art materials, and smocks, too! No additional supplies required, just bring your creativity!
